Mr. Ephrem KARANGWA is the Director of Operations, Member of the Senior Management Team of the Rwanda Private Sector Federation (PSF) and Board Member of IMANZI BUSINESS INSTITUTE (IBI).
Ephrem is an expert in the private sector development based on his 31 years’ experience working with the business community through the Ministry of Trade and Industry and the Private Sector Federation.
He has also a vast experience in project management as he led some important projects including the Tea Industry Rehabilitation Project funded by the European Union for 15 million Euros. He worked also as UNIDO National Expert in charge of SMEs development.
Ephrem has developed a valuable network with foreign private and government bodies and other key international players which provide support to the private sector development through his international travels in over 35 countries in Africa, Europe, Asia and America.
